Welcome to Nevaeh Yorkshire Terriers and Biewer Yorkshire Terrier a'la
Pom-Pons!
We are a small hobby breeder with only a few litters a year. All of our
dogs live with us in our home. I never cage or kennel my dogs. They all
get weekly baths and are groomed by me. We sell all puppies as pets, to
approved loving homes ONLY on spay/neuter contracts. No puppy will
leave for their forever home until they are at least 12 weeks old. Our
Yorkie puppies average in weight from 3.5-6.5 lbs. full grown. We DO
NOT intentionally breed for the extra tiny Yorkies, but sometimes we
will get one. These puppies need to stay with us longer than 12 weeks so
that I'm sure they are healthy and regulating their blood sugar levels.
There is no such thing as a teacup, mini, micro-mini, pocket sized
Yorkie. The standard says "must not exceed 7 lbs" and this is what we
breed for along with health, temperament, and confirmation. Our
puppies go to their forever homes with a current vet health check up,
pedigree, limited registration papers, shot record (we recommend
limiting to only the core vaccines), 1 yr. written genetic health
guarantee and current on wormings. We also send each puppy to their
new homes with a puppy packet which includes a blanket, piddle pad,
food, treats, toy, etc. Your puppy will be piddle pad trained. I DO NOT
allow my puppies to go outside at all until they are 18-20 weeks old
that is when they are finished with all their puppy shots with the
exception of Rabies depending on when that is given. We feed and
recommend California Naturals Dry food and sometimes mix with
California Naturals canned.
